Zingat

During my UX design work for Zingat, a real estate company, conducted while enrolled in a course with Userspots, I followed a comprehensive methodology. Initially, I conducted netnography to understand user behavior and preferences in the real estate market. This was followed by user interviews to gain insights directly from potential users. Based on the collected data, I developed personas to represent different user demographics and their needs. Subsequently, I conducted usability tests to evaluate the existing platform, analyzing the results to identify areas for improvement and establish clear goals for the redesign.

Using the insights gathered, I proceeded to create wireframes to visualize the layout and structure of the redesigned platform. This was followed by UI design to enhance the aesthetic appeal and usability of the interface. Prototyping allowed for interactive exploration of the redesigned platform, which was then subjected to testing to gather feedback and refine the prototype further. Through this iterative process, I ensured that the final product met user needs and provided an optimal user experience for Zingat's target audience.
